Surveillance where the wild virus are collected-->dominant strains are selected to prepare the seed virus--> The selected seed virus are passaged into eggs and working seed is developed--> bulk manufacturing process and production which includes fertilization, inoculation, incubation, candling, harvesting, clarification, purification, inactivation and sterile filtration--> purification and testing --> Formulation, filling and packaging
