Free UniCard from AAM

The AAM is coming to IMU tomorrow to make a promotion on SPECIAL UNI

CARD PRIVILEGES FOR UNIVERSITY & COLLEGE STUDENTS.


If Students are between the ages of 18 and 23 The membership is FOC and
members are protected with AAM 24 hours breakdown services.
Student only pay when they require AAM service.The service charges rate
is lower than the prevailing market rate.


The details of the event are as follows:

Time : 11.00 am until 2.00 p.m.
Location: Atrium

1) Dialogue Session with Dr. Mahathir

There will be a dialogue session with YABhg Tun Mahathir Mohammad on 7 July 2009, 9:30 a.m. The theme is "Leadership in Medicine & contribution to Nation Building".

We need an estimated 130 students from all the courses in IMU Bukit Jalil to attend the session as this is a very beneficial talk. However, if the response is overwhelming, more seat will be opened to more students. Those who are attending the talk will either be exempted from the class (if they have) or the class itself will be canceled.

We also need 5 questions from students to be forwarded during Q & A sessions and please kindly identify 5 students that will voice out the question. Please prepare the question by the 29th of June.

So overall we need at least 15 or more people from each batch.

2) Please approach SRC if you are interested in giving tuition to a form 6 student in physics and chemistry. The student stays in Happy Garden and prefers home tuition.

hot and hazy days ahead

It's our country annually-happen hot and hazy season..Thanks to the El-Nino and the open burnings..

Air pollution index deteriorated throughout the country and the situation at Klang Valley here isn't that great..For those who are not from Klang Valley when you all come back here don't get shock ya..

Since we only have around 8 days before our sem start,just take good care of yourself and don't fall sick at this time la..(touch wood)

Besides that, for sin yee's design, it was suggested that we can incorporate her design into one of the tie (quoted from the earlier post).

Another design for the tie

errmm..let me explain...the symbols used are hieroglyphic symbols(ancient roman alphabets..and it spells pharmacy..cause if we just put 'PHARMACY', its kinda dull and its like we want the whole wide world to know that we're pharmacists..so i feel symbols are fun... let me decipher it for u..at first i did it in a white background but i dont know how to change the background to black..thx to andrew for helping me change and the picture at the bottom which is the R with the cup and snake is also a pharmacy symbol..i've google it but not 100% sure...so..pls leave ur comment..thank you..
