Here is an important notice for our semester 6 elective module.

I got to know from pang tsen that for elective right, there will be 2 assessment forms to be filled by the internal supervisor (tutor) and also by the external supervisor ( the one that responsible for ur elective).

So, please go to i drive (http://ictservices.imu.edu.my/)> pharmacy lecture folder > Dr. Gan Sook Yee folder> and get the two evaluation forms.

Print them out and bring along the evaluation form for ur external supervisor to assess. :)
